Get Bigger Balls With Probiotics!

Sorry ladies, this one isn’t for you – unless you want your man to have bigger balls and more testosterone, and more drive, in which case, continue to read this.  Before I go on, let me quickly explain what probiotics are.

Your gut is an extremely important part of your health and your immune system. In fact, 70% of the immune system surrounds the gut, but we’re not going to focus on that right now. Most disease starts in the gut in fact, but we’re not going to focus on that right now.

According to the International Scientific Association for Probiotics and Prebiotics are “live microorganisms that, when administered in adequate amounts, confer a health benefit on the host.” Ok, so that’s not very helpful. Basically, our body is made up of around one hundred trillion bacterial cells. Our gut’s bacteria are essential in digestive health and immune health.  Since our diet comprises so many toxins these days that we often unknowingly consume, our gut bacteria can get destroyed and even the lining of our gut can be harmed. Gluten is a known suspect in this, as are other grains. Gluten, the protein found in wheat, is a prime culprit of inflammation. Other grains lead to inflammation too. Inflammation leads to low testosterone.

Here are a few health benefits of probiotics from MedicineNet:

The health benefits have been suggested to include acting as a remedy for gastrointestinal (GI) complications such as enteritisconstipation, and irritable bowel disease; prevention and treatment of various cancers; decreasing allergic inflammation; treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), and fighting immune deficiency diseases. There has also been research showing that the dietary intake of particular food products with a prebiotic effect has been shown, especially in adolescents, but also tentatively in postmenopausal women, to increase calcium absorption as well as bone calcium accretion and bone mineral density. The benefits for obesity and type 2 diabetes are growing as recent data, both from experimental models and from human studies, have shown particular food products with prebiotics have influences on energy homeostasis, satiety regulation, and body weight gain. That’s not why you’re reading this article though. You want to know how to get bigger balls. You want more testosterone. Who doesn’t? These can help with that. Probiotics have been found to reduce cortisol. Cortisol is testosterone’s Arch Enemy. Cortisol is the stress hormone. When that goes up, and stays up on a chronic scale (as is often the case in our modern day stressful lives) then testosterone plummets. Here’s how probiotics can give you bigger balls according to a study cited by Anabolic Men:

This study which was published in the January of 2014, found out that rats fed with bacterium called Lactobacillus reuteri [a probiotic] experienced significantly larger testicles than the group of rats who didn’t receive the bacteria.

The researchers tested multiple different diets along with Lactobacillus reuteri and found out that in every single case, the addition of L. reuteri into the feed did the following:

  • prevented age related testicular shrinkage
  • increased testicular size significantly when compared to control group
  • increased testicular weight significantly when compared to control group
  • increased testosterone levels significantly when compared to the control group
  • increased social domination when compared to the control group
  • increased the activity of the hypothalamus-pituiary-testis axis
  • increased sperm motility, quality, and quantity
  • increased luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone levels

In nutshell: No matter what the researches did, the group that was fed with Lactobacillus reuteri, always had higher testosterone levels and bigger balls than the control group. In one occasion they even fed the bacteria group a junk food diet, and still the group had bigger balls and more testosterone.

The whole study is pretty huge and filled with interesting points, so if you want to take a look at the full journal, you can do so here.

There you have it. Without getting too scientific, the reproductive systems in rats are similar to those of humans.

All great but what evidence is there to the dose you need to take?

That’s a very good question! I’d say follow the guidelines on the products or ask your doctor. Although, he or she probably won’t tell you your balls will grow… 🙂
