In this Facebook Live interview I held today with Mia Moran, bestselling author of Plan Simple Meals, Mia shares how she came off allergy and hormone medications, has been antibiotic-free for 8 years and her children have never needed to take antibiotics. They are 8, 11 and 13. This is truly remarkable.
In case you weren’t aware, antibiotics cause a lot of problems in the gut, and really harm your immune system.

- 2.15 – Over course of pregnancy Mia put on a lot of weight, was low on energy, exhausted a lot. Knew she had to make a change.
