How To Raise Testosterone Naturally – Revealing The Root Cause Of Low Testosterone

It’s funny. We’re still in the age of a quick fix, although this is slowly changing.  I suspect you’re feeling it too.  More and more people are taking an interest in their own health and becoming their own personal best health advocate. We’re experiencing a shift in consciousness as it were. That said, we still do have this engrained expectation for a quick fix. If you’re a man over 40, you may be experiencing a slump in your energy levels, libido might be dropping, you might be gathering pounds of fat that you never used to have. Maybe you’re more tired. You may be suspecting that you’re experiencing a decline in your testosterone levels.  Firstly, you’re not alone. Secondly, you can change this, and fast. Here is how to raise testosterone naturally.

We can take supplements and eat spices that help build testosterone, yet without addressing the root cause of why your body is not producing enough of it, and taking out toxins that cause it, you’ll be facing an uphill battle.

Like every illness or disease, there is root cause to low testosterone. In case that first statement surprises you, all common health conditions are related to one underlying root cause. Coming from a family of eczema and asthma sufferers, I discovered when researching my latest book, The Vitality Secret, that the eczema from which I had suffered my entire life, is an inflammatory condition.  When I took out the inflammatory culprits, my skin cleared up almost magically. The reason I wrote that book, was because my father suffered a stroke a few years after he was diagnosed with chronic inflammation. I realised his stroke could have been avoided had he reversed the inflammation. Not wanting to do anyone or anything wrong, doctors are not trained in nutrition or to heal – so we cannot blame them. Sadly, he wasn’t offered the right nutritional advice.

This lit a fire in me. I then discovered that just about every health condition is a result of the same underlying root cause, and that is inflammation or chronic inflammation. Whether it’s arthritis, all skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis, acne, dermatitis), breathing problems like asthma, digestive problems (IBS, IBD, Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative colitis) or joint pains or excessive body fat retention, HORMONAL IMBALANCE – it’s all down to inflammation.  That includes a decline in testosterone.

I’ve decided to view things conditions as A GIFT.

WHAT?!!!

I say that, because I also found out that every chronic disease has a root cause of chronic inflammation. It’s a pre-requisite. You’re not allowed to develop a chronic disease if you don’t have chronic inflammation. These include most forms of cancer, type-2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease (heart attacks and strokes), neurodegenerative diseases (Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s).

So….I’ve decided that these ‘less serious’ conditions are actually a gift. It’s as if your body is telling you that your body is out of balance. If you have any kind of skin condition, it’s a beautiful message from your body, telling you that you’re inflamed and that you’re out of balance. In other words, these symptoms are an action signal for change (not to fetch the nearest medication to suppress the symptoms.) The skin is the largest organ on the body, and the first indication that your body is out of balance.

Back to TESTOSTERONE. You’re probably wondering what inflammation is. Fair question. Simply put, it’s your immune system under attack. It’s as if a foreign or “alien invader” has entered your body, and your body has gone “woah woah woah…what was that?” And it goes into defence mode. As you might imagine, this is actually a good thing. SHORT TERM. Long term? Not so good. In fact, it’s pretty harmful. It causes your hormones to go out of whack – including testosterone to decline in men, and other challenges in women. In fact, it is also a leading cause of infertility. It’s EVERYTHING.

So how do you know if you’re inflamed? Well, if you’re not “lucky” enough to show any kinds of symptoms, you might want to get a blood test, starting with C-Reactive protein. This is one of the main inflammatory marker tests.

As you may know, I do have a digital program to help people reverse inflammation, for which I received The Southern California Sustainable Business award in April 2017. I also do private coaching. As you may imagine, my private clients get the best results, as I work with you one on one. Here’s me explaining what I’ve said above:
