How To Reverse Insulin Resistance, The Root Of All Diabetes

In this unusual episode of The Mojo Fit Podcast, nutritional biochemist, Cyrus Khambatta, PhD, and I discuss polar opposite views on approaches to nutrition for reversing pre-diabetes and type-2 diabetes, for managing type-1 diabetes, and reversing their root cause, which is insulin resistance. We discuss how to reverse insulin resistance, the root of ALL diabetes, through two opposing methods; High Fat Low Carb, versus High Carb Low Fat. You’ll also hear a number of distinct similarities of methods to reverse inflammation – the cause of insulin resistance. Insulin Resistance is also the root cause of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). This is not to be missed – take notes!
