Power poses are poses that open up your chest and show your neck, like when you stand in a victory stance with your arms in the air or with your hands locked behind your head. This is the first time I’ve heard of this but it makes sense. Our physiology (how we move our body) affects our psychology. And our psychology affects hormone secretion.
