When testosterone levels fall dramatically due to increased estrogen levels in your body, you will start experiencing the problems outlined above.

And this for me is the most shocking statistic:
Testosterone levels have dropped by 22% over the last 2 decades. On a side note, after about the age of 35, testosterone levels drop off naturally by about 1% per year - unless you do something about it. And this is worsened by the environment and external forces, in which we now live. New research has shown that one in four men over 30 now has low testosterone.
This Should Not Be Happening!
And one of the main reasons for the above problems is that men are being exposed to high levels of estrogen in their diet and the environment. And this problem isn’t just reserved to men it is also effecting male fish and alligators too!
Research has shown that male fish in US lakes and rivers are growing eggs and Floridian male alligator’s penises are shrinking! In fact, the poor alligators are struggling to mate and procreate.

And again this is down to male fish and alligators being exposed to high levels of estrogen in the water. So now you can see that there is a real estrogen epidemic happening and you need to protect your body from high levels of estrogen so you can avoid suffering from the above problems.
