This is simple, yet so powerful. If you want to know how to achieve your fitness goal, or any type of goal for that matter, then state it publicly, with precise details, to all of your friends and family. Put it on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and any other social platform you use. You then hold yourself accountable to all of those people. It’s working for me right now – I decided to do November sober, so declared it publicly. I’m not finding it a struggle at all.
