If you have watched my webinar replay which I help last night, you’ll have seen me talk about the importance of burning belly fat to reduce estrogen and increase testosterone. The reason for this, is that belly fat contains the enzyme aromatase and this converts testosterone, into two forms of estrogen. Exactly what you don’t want!! One of the best ways to increase testosterone therefore, so you have more mental and physical energy, enhance libido and sex appeal, increase motivation and mental clarity, be less fatigued and heighten your confidence and self-esteem, is to burn belly fat! You just won’t be able to see them unless you burn the fat covering them up.
