John Remaniello Explains How To Increase Testosterone

Have more sex, get more sleep, eat more saturated fats, up your steaks and eggs, and reduce carbohydrates. There you go, that’s how to increase testosterone! These are a few of the gems of advice from John Romaniello, author of Engineering the Alpha, an excellent book – I’ve read it myself. I recommend a read. Did you know that testosterone levels are 22% lower than they were two decades ago? A worrying statistic wouldn’t you agree – causes for which you’ll see extensively in my own book, Mojo Multiplier.

More great tips from John are:

1. Cut out cards for about a month and reset your insulin. After that, reintroduce your carbs to burn fat fast, increase testosterone and growth hormone.

2. Growth Hormone is dubbed as the fountain of youth. It’s the anti-ageing hormone. Growth hormone helps to burn fat too. Sleeping induces growth hormone and so does intermittent fasting.

3. Insulin is an antagonist to growth hormone. Therefore high sugar and high HI carbs reduce your growth hormone and therefore you’ll age faster. Cut out sugar and reduce or limit carbs!

4. Intermittent fasting can help maintain muscle mass as growth hormone is stimulated and Insulin Secretion is minimised.

Don’t just take my word for it. Watch this video. It’s entertaining and only 15 mins long…
